Elon Musk's social media platform X, formerly Twitter, has declared war on a bribery network linked to suspended crypto scam accounts. The platform alleges these entities are attempting to manipulate its employees for account reinstatement.

The operation targets 'The Com,' a notorious hacking collective recently flagged by the FBI for large-scale cryptocurrency thefts. This group has reportedly infiltrated multiple platforms including TikTok, YouTube, and gaming ecosystems like Minecraft and Roblox.

X's September 19 statement promises strong action against the syndicate, which represents a growing threat to crypto security. The FBI warning from July specifically cited cryptocurrency theft as the primary motive of these hacker groups, some of which maintain ties to ransomware organizations.
